TIM SA is the largest wholesale distributor of electrotechnical articles in Poland. The company has unique 35-years of experience in the industry which is combined with modern e-commerce technologies.
Due to the dynamic development of their product and platform, TIM needed support in the effective and quick recruitment of experienced developers.
Challenges:
The company had competitive offer and appealing company culture, but at the same time the requirements were quite specific – e.g., they were looking for Senior PHP Developers with knowledge of Magento 2.0 and experience in big e-commerce projects. Also, we have supported the client in other roles like .NET Developers or Windows System Administrators.
On top of that, TIM pays huge attention to soft skills and personality of the candidates, which was clearly communicated from the very beginning and thoroughly verified in the selection process.
Our solution:
- For each role we have prepared a tailored sourcing strategy to effectively find candidates that will meet all the requirements. With PHP Developers, we have prepared a target list of big Magento-based e-commerce platforms which allowed us to reach the most relevant candidates.
- Direct contact with candidates on LinkedIn was supported by a premium job posting campaign (JustJoinIT). Additionally, we were in regular contact with the client’s HR team to discuss any nuances and concerns that we might have about the role or candidates.
Effect:
- We have conducted 6 recruitment sprints which resulted in recommending 6 PHP Developers, 6 Windows System Administrators and 4 .NET Developers.
- For each vacancy, the client has made an offer to our candidates which gave us 3 hires and 100% acceptance rate.
