As the IT team grew dynamically, TIM needed support in the fast and effective recruitment of developers for key e-commerce projects – including PHP specialists, .NET developers, and system administrators.

Challenges in IT recruitment for e-commerce

The company had a competitive offer and an attractive organizational culture, but the requirements were quite specific – for example, they were looking for Senior PHP Developers with Magento 2.0 experience and a background in large e-commerce projects.
