We run all our recruitments using a unique Scrum-inspired model called #teamsourcing – a team-based approach to hiring. What does it mean in practice? Each project is handled by a dedicated project team that jointly defines the best recruitment strategy, divides tasks, and later discusses successes and challenges during regular online meetings.

A transparent recruitment process
Step 1: Apply
You send us your CV, and soon your future Team Leader gives you a call. After a short conversation, you schedule a video meeting, during which you’ll get to know both the leader and one of the team members you may be joining. In the next stage, you meet the founders of Team Up – this is the moment when you can ask anything you want and see whether we truly resonate on the same wavelength.
Step 2: You answer the phone – you made it!
Welcome on board 🚀 Your journey at Team Up begins. You receive your new MacBook, phone, and start the onboarding process. You get to know the team, our working methodologies — Scrum, OKRs, regular project meetings — and the tools that make everyday work easier (LinkedIn RPS, Traffit ATS, premium job postings). If you need additional support, we’ll arrange internal or external training tailored to your goals.
Step 3: Together, we plan your career path
Together with your Team Leader, you analyse your strengths and areas for development. Based on that, you create a one-year development plan, which may include promotions, salary increases, and training in new business areas. You know exactly which competencies open the door to the next stages of your career – everything is transparent and measurable. You decide which direction you want to grow in – we provide the support, tools, and mentoring you need to achieve your goals step by step.

Danish working hours
We work shorter hours – 37 per week. Our synchronous time is between 9:00 and 15:00 – that’s when we have meetings and team collaboration. The remaining 7 hours per week are up to you to schedule however you like. This gives you full control over your work rhythm and your life outside of it.
