Significant milestones in Team Up's history
Team Up launches in Łódź!
The first agile IT recruitment agency operating fully in a team-based recruitment model is launched in Łódź. It’s the idea of Mateusz and Sebastian – two recruiters with over 17 years of experience in tech recruitment. After years of working in environments dominated by competition and rigid targets, they decided to build a company where collaboration, quality, and transparency truly matter.

Team Up is growing! We’re opening a new team in Tricity and strengthening our presence in Lublin. This allows us to support technology companies and IT specialists across the country even faster.
We win the LinkedIn Talent Awards!
Team Up received the main LinkedIn Talent Awards prize in the category of effective talent engagement in Poland. This recognition confirms our effectiveness and our unique approach to IT recruitment – built on collaboration, data, and trust.
Our IT Outsourcing division is growing stronger!
We’re expanding our IT Outsourcing division, acquiring increasingly large institutional clients from across the European Union. This is another step toward strengthening our position as a technology partner for companies operating on European markets.
A new RPO service for technology companies
A new Team Up service is launched, specializing in IT recruiter outsourcing (RPO). This is our response to the growing needs of tech companies that want to scale their recruitment processes without increasing headcount.
Team Up Live! and the first AI implementation in recruitment
We launch the Team Up Live! series – a set of conversations with tech recruitment practitioners from companies such as Box, Snowflake, Revolut, and Google. In the same year, we introduce Team Upek – an AI assistant that supports recruiters in creating messages, job descriptions, candidate recommendations, and notes.
Team Up 2.0 – a new chapter in our company’s story
For our sixth anniversary, we’re refreshing our brand and our internal processes. We’re launching Team Up 2.0 – updated values, a full rebranding, and TalentShield, a tool that protects clients and candidates from fake or misleading profiles.
